If something is not working
Common causes
- Private or incognito windows can block the storage that holds your player name.
- Aggressive script blockers may stop the reels from rendering at all.
- Very old browsers without local storage support cannot keep a player name.
What cannot be recovered
- Clearing site data removes your player name, coins and tier permanently.
- Progress does not sync between devices or between browsers on one device.
- There is no account to restore from, because no account was ever created.
Three things to try first
Reload the page
A hard refresh clears a half-loaded script and fixes the reels not appearing in the large majority of cases.
Turn off blockers here
Content blockers sometimes strip inline scripts. Allowing this site usually brings the game straight back.
Leave private mode
A normal window can write local storage, which is what keeps your player name between visits.

No. There is no registration, no email field and no password anywhere on Crypto Squad. The player name you type is stored by your own browser and we never receive it.
Can I buy more fun coins?
No, and there is no mechanism to. If your stack hits zero the reset button puts it back to 2500 immediately and free of charge, as many times as you like.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. Nothing on this site is redeemable for money, goods, crypto or anything else of value. It is a score counter attached to a set of reels.
